How does shipping work?

How much do I pay for shipping?

If you’re located in Australia or NZ, standard shipping is free on all orders over $100.

For orders under $100, standard shipping is $9.99.

When will my order arrive?

Please allow up to 7 - 10 business days for your order to arrive. Tracking number will be provided after ordering.

Note: Sometimes delivery times may be subject to delays due to uncontrolled circumstances.

How do I track my order?

An email will be sent to you along with the shipping confirmation and tracking number. You can enter this number into the Australia Post or Sendle site so you can follow the live tracking updates!

Haven’t received your shipping confirmation email yet? Follow up with us directly on caralitecontact@gmail.com. We can confirm your order number and provide you with your order tracking information.

Do you ship internationally?

Of course, we do! After all, Caralite is a brand based on travelling & adventures.

Note: Caralite is Australia based. Therefore, you will expect to pay an international shipping fee.

What is the brand Caralite?

Caralite is a brand of products that give you the ability to carry light in your travels. It also provides mini versions of everyday home appliances that works just the same. We aim to give customers the ease and comfortability of travelling, and provide solutions we find essential for travelling.

How secure is your payment process?

Privacy and security is Caralite's highest priority. We use Shopify Payments which is an extremely secure and highly encrypted system designed to protect customers and also hold merchants accountable.

What are the payment methods?

We accept all payment methods Visa/Mastercard/American Express/PayPal, any credit or debit cards that can be used for online transactions.

How can I apply discount codes to my order?

When you are happy with what's on your cart, it's time to head to the checkout. On the first page of checkout, you'll spot a special box just waiting for the discount code! Simply pop the discount code in, hit Apply, and watch the savings magic happen!

Do you have payment plan options?

You can select from either Afterpay or ZipPay, provided you are located in Australia.

What is the returns policy?

We offer free returns for 30 days from date of delivery/receiving of order.

To be eligible for a return:

1. Item(s) have to be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the delivery/receiving of order.

2. Item(s) must be in the original packaging, which must be in original condition.

3. You will be asked to take a photo of your item prior to sending it back to us so we can assess the condition.

How long do I have to return my order?

We offer a 30 day return period. Please refer to our returns policy for more information.

Can I return my order for a refund?

You can certainly return your order to us for a full refund, provided it is returned within 30 days in the same condition as it arrived to you.

Note: Not all items are eligible for return. Any exclusions will be stated out on product pages and / or at checkout.

Do I have to pay for returns?

No - As part of our return policy, Caralite has you covered with a free shipping label (which we will post or email to you).

How long does it take for my refund to be processed?

Should you receive a refund for your order, you will receive an email confirming this has been processed. From there, it will take 2-5 business days to process into your account, depending on your bank.

Keep in mind that before processing the refund Caralite will need to physically assess the returned item for any damage before refunds are processed.

Help! I have an issue with my order, what can I do?

Don't fret! All you need to do is contact Caralite directly (via email) to advise us of the issue. To help resolve things quickly, we request you include photos so we can help identify the issue.

I need to change / cancel my order! What do I need to do?

Please email us immediately with the subject line CHANGE or CANCEL and we will do our absolute best to carry out your request. If it has already been dispatched from our shipping team you will need to go through our returns process.

As we do our best to get your orders out to you as soon as we can, occasionally an order will be processed before the team has a chance to change it. We cannot guarantee a change of order after the order is placed so please select your items carefully.
